After watching every demo and tutorial, I knew I was going to use MDM for our directory. Until I found MDM, I was really dreading the task of repeating the manual "start-from-scratch-again" process our school used each year. This year, I still have to do the data entry, but I'm easily able to keep up with the forms as they are being turned in. Our Elementary school starting using My Directory Maker last year and we just love it. Our school was one of the first to use it in our district and now people are all "a buzz" about it. Our PTO President even shared it with the President Forum, which is all the PTO coming together and talking about what is working and what is not. This product makes a tedious job like creating a directory into a effortless job. We also like the ease on how everything is setup so when you finish your school year's directory and time has lapsed, starting the next year's directory is easy to pickup without much trouble. Nobody can now tell me now that I haven't given birth! I got lots of compliments from parents, teachers, and staff on the directory. Your program made it a much easier task. I especially appreciated your accessibility and resolutions when I had questions--that is just as important as the software! It was obvious that the program anticipated many of the situations a person runs into producing a directory. The ability to sort the printed directories by classrooms via labels was fantastic and a real timesaver. I also like the option of two households, default capabilities, running total of directory numbers, and the parent cross-reference list. I look forward to using the software again next year, esp. pushing the button that moves everybody up to the next grade!
