How does it work?
Parents go to a secure online form and enter their information, including print options. They can print the form for their records or for the school if you need a signature on file. Form submissions are then downloaded by the directory coordinator, reviewed and imported in minutes. No more manual entry of family information.
Is it secure?
Understandably, we are all concerned about security, especially when it comes to collecting children's names and addresses on the web. The following is a brief list of security features with eConfirm.
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) - SSL is the industry standard for viewing and sending sensitive information in an internet browser. All data submissions are sent with SSL encryption, creating a secure envelope for data submission.
- Firewalls - all data is stored behind secure firewalls using the latest industry standards.
- CAPTCHA - Provides an extra layer of security on top of our built-in protection that keeps spammers and "bots" from submitting bogus information to your form.

Register for our 14 day trial and set up your eConfirm form defaults. After 14 days you will need to purchase to continue to collect family data.
