What's New in Version 4

With fully integrated email, eConfirm and additional data management features, we've made it that much easier for you to get your directory out on time, under budget and green.  If you also want to make some money for your school (and who doesn't these days!) you will really like the Ad Manager.

Improve communication with the Email Contact Center

  • Email your data confirmation letters:  eliminate paper and make sure the letter gets right to the family.
  • Target your emails with predefined sorts and custom volunteer and family groups.
  • Email with attachments - you can't do that with the typical email marketing software.
  • Use your own email account, Gmail or sign up for a Free Google Education account and save your association hundreds of dollars over other email marketing services.

  • Manage all your business contact information and add a Business Listing to your directory.
  • Track funds raised and dollars paid.

New Data Management Tools

  • Delete all Families - if you get your data from the school every year, this feature will allow you to start fresh by deleting family and student contacts.
  • Transfer - send the database and license via email with the click of a button making it easier to transfer and share with the rest of your organization.
  • Restore - restore your database from a backup file with one click.

General Enhancements

  • Add a personal touch to the directory with Teacher and Faculty photos.
  • A new Family Email address is now the default email address and doesn't print on any reports.  Upgrade will copy the email1 address.
  • The Family ID can now be used to quickly find and update contact information.  Great when families have the same last name.
  • Moved unassigned students to a new report and removed from the class rosters.
  • All reports now have an additional family sort by parent 1 making it easier to find a family.

NOTE ON EMAIL:

Check with your service provider for daily email message limitations. For example:  a standard Gmail account*  limits to 500 email addresses per day, max of 100 per hour.

If your organization is a 501(c)3, you may qualify for a Free Google Apps for Education Account.  This account will let you send up to 2000 messages per day.
